Shipping policy

  1. Processing Time: 7-10 days from date of order. This includes the time it takes for your print-on-demand partner to fulfill the order, as well as any additional time for quality checks or order processing on your end.

  2. Shipping Methods: Available shipping methods and carriers you use for delivering orders are UPS and USPS selected at checkout.

  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs associated with each product are assigned at checkout for your review. This could be a flat rate, calculated based on order weight or value of the specific product. Periodically there are combination discounts for order over $100 via discount code entered upon checkout. 

  4. International Shipping: International shipping comes with potential customs fees, import taxes, or duties that customers may be responsible for paying upon delivery based upon customer location and is determined at checkout for customer approval . Estimated delivery times for international orders may take up to 3 weeks.

  5. Tracking Information: Inform customers whether tracking information will be provided for their orders via SHOP APP which can help customers monitor the progress of their shipments. This app must be downloaded to track delivery. App access is provided via customers email used upon checkout.

  6. Customer Support: Provide clear contact information or links to customer support resources so that customers can reach out with any questions or concerns about their orders or shipping.
